CUSTOM CONTRACT FARMING
&
AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION
PARTNERSHIP
About
As global agricultural supply chains place increasing demands on traceability, cultivation standards, and yield stability, finding a partner that not only holds land but also understands local natural conditions, farming techniques, and international export standards has become a critical factor.
At VietEcoTrade, we provide Contract Farming and custom agricultural production services, with the capacity to scale from pilot trials to large commercial production. We do not simply cultivate crops — we actively control the entire value chain, from soil, water, and climate conditions to production processes and output standards.
You define the requirement — we build the production system to meet it precisely.
FULL-PACKAGE FARMING SOLUTIONS
We offer a comprehensive farming model for international clients, with flexible customization for each project:
• Current landholding of approximately 20 hectares, expandable to over 50 hectares
• Analysis of climate, water source, and soil conditions prior to implementation
• Selection of crops suited to commercial goals and local conditions
• Farming plans aligned with Global G.A.P. or Organic standards
• Management and operation of local labor
• Control of production processes and output quality
• Harvesting, primary processing, and export coordination
Local labor in the Ham Thuan Bac area is relatively abundant, thanks to the region's long-established agricultural activity, which facilitates phased scaling of production.
We can deliver everything from raw input materials and fresh produce to industrial crops and crops destined for export processing, depending on our partners' supply chain objectives.

STRATEGIC FARMING LOCATION: HAM THUAN BAC, BINH THUAN
The Ham Thuan Bac area of Binh Thuan Province is recognized as one of the regions with natural conditions particularly suited to high-control farming models.
The local climate is semi-arid tropical, with two distinct seasons:
• Rainy season: approximately May–October
• Dry season: approximately November–April
According to climate data for the Binh Thuan region:
• Average annual temperature of 26.5°C–27.5°C, with the highest annual average reaching 30°C–32°C and the lowest annual average at 22°C–23°C. Annual accumulated temperature of 6,800°C–9,900°C
• Average daily sunshine hours of 9–10 hours in the dry season and 7–8 hours in the rainy season. Coastal areas receive 2,900–3,000 hours/year; midland areas receive 2,500–2,600 hours/year
• Average humidity of 75–85%. Average evaporation of 1,250–1,450 mm/year, with evaporation exceeding 4 mm/day in the dry season and 1.5–2 mm/day in the rainy season
• The rainy season, concentrated from May to October, accounts for 85% of annual rainfall. Annual rainfall increases progressively toward the south, averaging 800–1,600 mm/year
• High solar radiation and strong sunlight intensity
These climate conditions provide several advantages:
• Reduced pest and disease pressure due to lower humidity compared to humid tropical regions
• Precise control of growth cycles through irrigation systems
• Increased sugar accumulation in fruit due to high light intensity
• Suitability for export-oriented farming models that require high stability

STABLE YEAR-ROUND IRRIGATION SOURCE
The land benefits directly from the Song Quao Reservoir irrigation system — one of the region's key irrigation infrastructure projects.
The reservoir has a capacity of approximately 73 million m³ and a catchment area of approximately 296 km², supplying irrigation water to thousands of hectares of agricultural land in Binh Thuan.
This provides key advantages:
• Full control over water supply
• Production capability during the dry season and off-season
• Precise water control at each stage of crop growth
• Assured stability for long-term supply contracts
In modern agriculture, water control capability is a core factor determining yield quality and stability — and it is one of our key competitive advantages.

SOIL PROPERTIES & FARMING CAPACITY
Most of the province's territory consists of low hills and a narrow coastal plain, with a narrow terrain running in a northeast–southwest direction. The province has four main terrain types:
• Coastal sand dunes and hills, accounting for 18.22% of the natural area, distributed along the coast from Tuy Phong to Ham Tan, with the largest area in Bac Binh
• Alluvial plains, accounting for 9.43% of the natural area, including narrow coastal alluvial plains along river basins from Long Song River to Dinh River at elevations of 0–12 m, and the La Nga River valley plain at elevations of 90–120 m
• Hilly areas, accounting for 31.66% of the area, at elevations of 30–50 m, extending northeast to southwest from Tuy Phong to Duc Linh
• Low mountain areas, accounting for 40.7% of the natural area, comprising mountain ranges from northern Bac Binh district to northeastern Duc Linh district
The Ham Thuan Bac area is characterized mainly by sandy soil and light sandy loam soil (Arenosols), which account for a large proportion of the coastal Binh Thuan region.
Notable characteristics of this soil group:
• Loose, friable structure
• Fast drainage
• Reduced risk of root waterlogging
• Easy control of water and nutrient levels
The typical topsoil depth is approximately 50–100 cm, and the terrain is relatively flat, favoring mechanization and scale expansion.
However, the soil has:
• Relatively low pH (~4.8)
• Low organic matter content
• Low nutrient-retention capacity (low CEC)
This requires:
• Regular organic fertilizer supplementation
• Precise nutrient management
• Controlled irrigation to manage nutrient leaching
When combined with an active irrigation system and proper nutrient management, these characteristics become an advantage:
• Limits fungal disease
• Enables precise control of fruit quality
• Increases sweetness and flavor
• Optimizes compliance with export standards
This area is particularly well-suited for:
• Dragon fruit
• Watermelon
• Melon
• Chili pepper
• Aloe vera
PRACTICAL FARMING EXPERIENCE
We have practical experience growing:
• Aloe vera
• Chili pepper
on our current land, gaining hands-on experience in:
• Adapting crop varieties to local conditions
• Optimizing irrigation and nutrient schedules
• Managing pests and diseases under hot, dry climate conditions
• Meeting quality requirements for export markets
This practical experience gives us a genuine understanding of how to operate production under the region's natural conditions, rather than relying solely on farming theory.

TOWARD SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE
We operate our own on-site earthworm (vermicompost) system to maintain a self-sufficient source of organic fertilizer for direct use in our farming operations.
Self-sufficiency in inputs helps us:
• Control soil quality from the source
• Improve sandy soil structure
• Increase beneficial soil microorganisms
• Reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers
• Support a sustainable farming orientation
"WE DO NOT ONLY CONTROL HOW CROPS ARE GROWN — WE ALSO CONTROL WHAT GOES INTO THE SOIL."
As a result, we can flexibly implement:
• Organic Farming
• Sustainable Farming
• Production to international standards

FLEXIBLE EXPANSION CAPACITY
• Current land area: approximately 20 hectares
• Expansion capacity: over 50 hectares
• Abundant local labor supply
• Suitable for both pilot models and commercial-scale expansion
We are able to scale up quickly to meet our partners' future growth needs.

YOU REQUEST — WE DELIVER
We work entirely based on specific requirements:
